What's included in the Solaris template?

Five fully-built pages (Landing, Pricing, Dashboard, Features, Auth), 30+ section components, dark + light mode, responsive mobile-first layout, embedded copy that reads as real product (not lorem-ipsum), full TypeScript types, and an editable Figma file.

Do I need a Pro subscription to use it?

Yes. Solaris and every other shadcn.io template, block, and component are included in the Pro plan. One-time payment, lifetime updates — see /pricing for the breakdown.

Can I use Solaris for commercial projects?

Absolutely. The Pro license covers unlimited commercial projects you build for yourself or for clients. The only restriction is redistribution — you can't resell the template itself or include it in a product that competes directly with shadcn.io.

Next.js 15.4 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript 5.6, Tailwind CSS v4, and shadcn/ui v5.6. The dashboard preview uses Recharts via shadcn/ui's chart primitives. Everything is server-component-first with client islands only where they need to be.

Does it support light mode and dark mode?

Yes — every section is built on shadcn/ui's CSS-variable-based theme tokens, so switching between light and dark mode (or any custom theme you generate via /theme-generator) is a single class flip with no code changes.

Can I customize the brand colors?

Yes. All colors flow through Tailwind v4's CSS variables. Edit the OKLCH values in `app/globals.css` (or paste in a theme from /theme-generator) and every section — including the dashboard charts — picks up the new palette automatically.

Is the dashboard preview functional or static?

Functional. The dashboard renders real shadcn/ui charts with sample data. You can wire it to your own data source by replacing the static arrays in `lib/dashboard-data.ts` — the chart components don't care where the data comes from.

Will I get future updates?

Yes. Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime updates. Whenever Solaris ships a new section, fixes a bug, or upgrades to a new shadcn/ui major version, you can pull the changes via the shadcn CLI or the MCP server.
